The United States Still "Legally" Killing Wolves. Will This Ever Stop?

It is so depressing to hear about more wolves killed, this time "legally" in the United States. It is pointless thinking that the United states, like some other countries, will stop this killing. Basically they love killing (not for sport 'of course').

We see wolf populations grow and they make a better eco system but humans have to play god and they want their fun -you are never going to convince me that saying "Oh we are only killing three/four or just two" can ever be justified.

This from California Wolf Watch https://www.facebook.com/cawolfwatch

"The Five Points Family kill order has ended. 2 adult females, 1 adult male and a yearling female were killed by USDA Wildlife Service’s across 4 different days between late July and early August. This means the kill order towards the Five Points Family has ended, but a new kill order has been enacted in Northeast Oregon, this time targeting 4 wolves in the Lookout Mountain Family. The kill order allows 2 wolves to be killed in the Lookout Mountain Family on private or public lands by the producer or their agents such as USDA wildlife services now until November 15th, 2023 or until the 2 wolves have been killed prior. Reproduction was not documented in the Lookout Mountain Family in 2023.
"In 2021 the Lookout Mountain Family was subject to a kill order where 5 pups (most were NOT old enough to hunt), 2 yearlings and the packs adult breeding male were killed. One thing to note is that kill order did NOT stop the pack from predating on livestock - John Marchwick.
"Photo below is a Lookout Mountain wolf that was later killed during the 2021 kill order targeting this wolf pack taken by Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. I’ll try to offer resources on how people can help later today if I can. "
