This is another plea for help from our wonderful group members. We are being inundated with young fox cubs this year and are already full to maximum capacity but we cannot turn orphaned fox cubs away and it appears all of the other rescue centres are now full and will not take on any more cubs at all, believe me we have tried to see if we can find somewhere to take them.
As we do not want to refuse cubs, who might otherwise die if no one will take them, we are trying to raise funds for a 6’ x 6’ or 6’ x 5’ plastic shed that will allow us to be able to take on more orphaned fox cubs. We can then adapt the shed with heating and pens to house them in.
The ideal shed for this purpose is a Keter style shed that is completely waterproof and draughty proof. The cost of this is between £500 - £600 not cheap but if it will allow us to save more fox cubs then well worth it
