More hair samples fromthe Fox Project arrived and as there are now quite a few samples from them I am asking them to hold off on sending more. The bias in testswould be for the area they cover as opposed to national coverage.
It is a pity that only one other person contributed hair samples.
The viability of testing from just one source will need to be looked into. Each organisation was contacted at least three times but either chose not to respond (the messages were seen) or simply were not interested.
The lack of cooperation from interested (or should be) parties is incredible.
Also, the second dead fox found on Purdown (4th December) -the first was taken by the City Council so lost to us- has been found to have jaundice and tests are underway to find a possible cause.
