Tyre licking, car cable chewing and now...parvovirus. Humans love to have scapegoats

People will just not take responsibility. An outbreak of parvovirus in Keynesham and what is to blame? Those car wire chewing and licking car tyres til they are bald foxes.

People seem to think that allowing 4-5 or even more dogs to mix and play and run around is fine. How many of those dogs have been vaccinated against parvo? Dog walkers with 4-6 dogs to look after and...again how many vaccinated?

Canine parvovirus is easily spread by direct contact with infected dogs, contact with feces (stool) from infected dogs, or contact with virus-contaminated surfaces. Such surfaces can include kennels, food and water bowls, collars and leashes, and the hands and clothing of people who handle infected dogs.

Stop blaming anything else (such as the fox) for bad dog ownership. If you have a dog get its vaccinations sorted -vets warn every year and I've posted about this. If you have a dog then make sure it is healthy.  Do you check if fellow dog walkers or friends have had their dogs vaccinated?  Why not?
